When getting a new set of nozzles for a VW TDI with a VE engine (codes 1Z, AAZ, AHU, or ALH), we recommend getting them professionally tested and calibrated.
In the past, we offered a nozzle calibration service that we coordinated with our friends at Diesel Fuel Injection Services (DFIS). To simplify the process, we are now encouraging people to contact DFIS directly, rather than having us act as a middleman in the process. If you would like us to ship your nozzles to DFIS, simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout, but you will need to contact them to arrange the calibration service.
