Description
Vika Door lock module for the rear driver side on Mk4 and B5 VW vehicles. Designed to improve upon the failure points found in the factory door locks.
Vika door locks are designed with the following in mind:
1. Material:
Steel: DC03 made in Bal steel
Locking plate: Dupont 5526
2. Core components
Micromotor: Mabuqi and Jhonson
Touch switch: ZIPPY as supplier of touch switch
Grease: Fuchs lubricating oil
3. Manufacturing technique:
Injection and circuit processing to avoid circuit fault
Adding sealing ring to improve tightness
Designed service life: 50000 actuations
