Conditions of Use

This site is designed to help users view and purchase replacement and performance parts for their vehicle. Due to the constant influx of new vehicles and new parts, the site may not be a complete representation of all the parts we have available. If you have any questions regarding a part, listed or not, feel free to contact us.

All products sold by Cascade German Parts are intended for installation by a licensed professional mechanic or an experienced “do-it-yourself” recreational mechanic. Should any misuse or improper installation of our parts occur, we will not be held liable for a replacement.

Shipping costs are a good faith estimate based upon our individual rates with carriers and your location. We do our best to make them as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event that your purchased shipping costs do not cover the actual costs, we reserve the right to request additional payment.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept payment via PayPal, eChecks, checks, cash, and money orders. Orders are not shipped until payment has been received.

Standard Shipping & Handling

We use FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all standard orders shipped from our warehouse. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). The cutoff for same business day standard shipping is 10:00 am Pacific Time.

Express Shipping & Handling

Choosing an overnight shipping option does not guarantee you will receive your order the day following your purchase. The cutoff for same business day express or overnight shipping is 3:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders received after the cutoff will not ship until the next business day.

Holidays, weather, and other circumstances can delay shipment and delivery. Also, not all areas deliver express or overnight shipping on every day of the week. Cascade German Parts is not responsible for delays caused by carrier limitations. If you need your order by a specific date, please mention this in the order notes; sometimes we are able to notify you if your chosen shipping method will not meet your needs.

International Shipping

Once the shipping carrier has received an order for transport, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to complete safe and timely delivery. Though we provide a tracking number, not all carriers provide regular updates to their tracking information. Customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Back Orders

In the event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, we will contact you directly. In most cases, you will be given the option of having us hold the order to ship all together, shipping part immediately and part when the backordered item(s) becomes available, or canceling the item or order.

Signature Deliveries

Orders over $750 are automatically sent “Direct Signature Required.” For convenience and security, it is often best to have shipments of this value delivered to your place of business. The name you provide in the shipping address will be the one needed for signature.

If you request “No Signature Required” in the notes, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your shipment at the shipping address that you provided, and are aware that neither Cascade German Parts nor the carrier itself is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Cascade German Parts is not liable for damage incurred during shipping, nor is Cascade German Parts liable for lost or stolen packages. However, if there is such an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will provide help on a case by case basis.

Fulfillment Errors

Please review your order upon delivery to ensure that you received your full order. If you receive an order that is missing parts or has incorrect parts, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can correct the error. Corrections can be sent only within the US or internationally to the original country of delivery. Fulfillment errors not reported within 14 days from delivery are not eligible for correction.


Contact us prior to returning any item so that we can provide the proper instructions. Returned items must be new and in saleable condition. Items not properly returned will delay or, in some cases, forfeit any refund. Refunds for returned items are less outbound and (if applicable) return shipping charges. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Some items may not be returned for refund including special orders, tools, and electronics that have been installed. After 60 days from delivery, items may not be returned.

Core Returns

Returning a core is part of the purchase agreement described in some (applicable) listings. These cores must be returned fully-assembled and in their original packaging within 60 days. If you use a prepaid return label provided by us, your core charge may be refunded less the cost of shipping.


We are careful to stock quality parts with proven records of reliability. We do not anticipate that you will have any issues with parts that you receive from us. However, we also know that problems can happen in manufacturing and shipping processes, and it is our practice to look out for our customers when this occurs.

Our parts are covered by a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty against manufacturer’s defects, unless otherwise specified in the individual listing. This is limited to only the defective part(s), and does not cover any labor costs or incidental charges.

For warranty claims on international orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs for both the return and the replacement parts.

Beginning a Warranty Claim

First, contact us via email: Please include your order number, affected part numbers, and any relevant pictures (including packaging). In some instances, we can work through an issue and discover that the part is functioning properly and something else is causing the issue.

Second, you will need to ship the item. Typically the item will be returned to our warehouse, but not always. We will advise you of where it needs to be sent in order to avoid delays or additional shipping costs.

Third, allow us to resolve the matter. We work to provide a quick turnaround once we receive the part. Warranties for some parts, such as turbochargers, must be processed through the manufacturer’s laboratory to determine the cause of failure before the warranty process can conclude. With some manufacturers this takes up to a week, with others it can be up to three weeks.

If you need the part before a warranty can be processed, you will need to purchase the replacement in a separate order. We will then process a refund for the part if it is determined to be covered by warranty. Parts not covered by warranty will not receive a refund. Any refund will not exceed the price of the product(s) at the time of purchase.

Your personal information is collected to fulfill your orders and allow us to contact you if there are any questions about how to best fulfill your order. Your email address is used to provide you with order updates and tracking as your order is being fulfilled, as well as occasional newsletters. Our certified online ordering systems, Authorize.Net and Paypal, are SSL encrypted, and your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
